Cash on delivery (cash on delivery) payment is accepted.
Unfortunately, payment by bank transfer is not possible.

As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with the courier details and the courier tracking link , with which you can always be informed about the delivery status of your order.

If the product you received has defects, do not hesitate to contact us by phone or write us an email , specifying the type of defect detected and attaching a photo showing the problem if possible.
All refunds will be made with the original payment method within 10-15 days from when the return is entrusted to the courier. If you have chosen to pay cash on delivery, Customer Service will contact you requesting a valid IBAN code to arrange the refund via bank transfer.
