We gladly accept your request to exchange items you don’t like with others of your choice, or to return them.

Returns must be requested within 14 days from the delivery date by sending an email to info@otticagalano.it or contacting us via WhatsApp at +39 081 507 2732.

Before sending your package back, please notify us of your return request via email, specifying the reason for the return.

Exchanges or returns can only be made if the received item has not been used in any way, the guarantee seal has not been removed, and it is in perfect condition (including the original packaging). Returns of damaged items will not be accepted and therefore will not be exchanged or refunded.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer:

• €5.00 for returns within Italy
• €15.00 for returns within Europe
• For the rest of the world, the cost will be calculated at the time of the return request.

 

Free shipping is valid for the first exchange only; any further product exchanges will be at the customer’s expense.
