Shipping within Italy takes 1 to 2 days (3 days for the islands).

Orders placed on Otticagalano are shipped via UPS, DHL, or SDA courier services. Once the shipment is dispatched, a tracking number will be provided to follow the delivery status of the package.

Orders are processed immediately after verifying product availability and confirming payment. In the event of an error, any charged amount may be refunded.

Deliveries take 1–2 working days within Italy and 2–4 working days to other European Union countries, depending on the delivery area and the time the order or payment was received.

The goods will be delivered directly to the address provided. For shipments within EU countries, no additional fees are due beyond the amount paid at checkout. For shipments to non-EU countries, the courier may issue a separate invoice requesting payment of customs duties and taxes required by local authorities.

NOTE: Shipments to P.O. boxes are not allowed.

Shipping costs within Europe range from €15 to €20 depending on the destination country, while for the rest of the world, costs range from €25 to €30.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipments are carried out via UPS, DHL, or SDA couriers. Delivery times are 2–4 days for Europe and 3–5 days for the rest of the world.

Shipping costs within Europe range from €10 to €15 depending on the destination country, and from €20 to €25 for the rest of the world.

All products are shipped from our store in Casamicciola Terme (Naples – Italy).

Orders placed on Friday afternoon, Saturday, or Sunday will be processed on Monday.

Customs or import duties will be charged once the parcel reaches the destination country.
